Arrival and Departure

  • you can store your bikes in our garage

Bus Stop

  • the nearest bus stop is located right in front of the hotel
  • the bus stop is called “Posthaltestelle Canols”

Dogs

  • dogs are welcome
  • please understand that dogs are not permitted in the dining hall

Facilities for Children

  • we are happy to provide a high chair and a cot on request

Meal Times

  • breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  • half-board dinner from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • á la carte dinner from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Parking Spaces

  • free of charge at the hotel
  • you are welcome to park in our underground car park on request; we will charge a fee of CHF13 per car and day

Ski Bus

  • in winter the local ski bus covers the entire region of Lenzerheide/Valbella
  • it departs from the bus stop “Canols”

  • you can store your skis in our garage

Smoking

  • allowed at our Slalom-Bar

Solarium

  • you are welcome to use our solarium for a fee of CHF5 per 5 minutes

Spa

  • sauna times: every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • swimming area times: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Towels

  • towels will be changed on request

  • our current programme will be announced during breakfast

  • free of charge in the entire hotel
